Hi, I'm Nick. I've had the privilege of working in leadership roles across both professional services and corporate sectors, gaining a wealth of experience with fast-growing fintech companies, global banks, and large corporations.

With 25 years under my belt, I've been an owner and partner in consulting firms like Baringa and EY, worked as a banker at Barclays and Deutsche Bank, and started my career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. I've led global teams, managed significant M&A and strategy programs, and have a knack for scaling profitable growth while leading large teams.

I love building new companies and successful teams from the ground up, managing large global businesses and P&Ls. I understand the balance of optimising self-leadership, people management, client relations, and operational efficiency. My coaching focuses on three pillars: work, self, and family/friends. I believe you can enhance your success without sacrificing happiness. I work closely with clients to identify their needs and resources, helping them become more successful leaders.
